Christmas Jumpers

I don’t usually dress my dogs up but who can resist a festive jumper at this time of year? [Certainly not me!]. Woody & Wilma are medium sized dogs but finding clothing that actually fit them is almost impossible, most Large or XL jumpers are sized to fit breeds similar sizes to Frenchies which are definitely not extra large dogs.

We’ve teamed up with 3 companies where we’ve found the best range of sizes amongst their Christmas jumpers, and of course wonderfully festive patterns.

  1. Petspyjamas

Each year I eagerly anticipate the PetsPyjamas website turning into a festive wonderland, and they never fail to disappoint. There’s Christmas toys, treats, clothing and much more for you to browse and spoil your pets with on the run up to Christmas.

Woody is wearing the House of Paws Red Christmas Pudding jumper in a size XXL, this is £22.99.

Wilma’s wearing a similar design in XL, the Red Rudolph jumper by House of Paws is £19.99.

Petspyjamas dog clothing range has the sizes correctly labelled and there’s something for all sized dogs. These two jumpers actually have leg straps for the back legs, something i’ve never seen on dog clothing before but it makes them extra secure so the dogs can run around without any wardrobe malfunctions.

  1. BooHoo

It came of a surprise to me when last year I discover Boohoo sold dog outfits, turns out they’re a good size for most dogs!

I chose the same pattern for each dog but in different colours, one red and one navy. The Snoopy Fairsle jumper comes in a range of sizes again, my two are wearing Large but there’s also an XL available for bigger dogs. Large in this design is £12.00.

This jumper is slightly more flimsy but does the job for Christmas photos and certainly gets a lot of attention when we’re out and about.

3.  Next

Next have the most amazing Winter range for your dogs, something I didn’t expect from them. This blog post features only on their festive range but we’ve got more to share with you after Christmas!

Navy Fairsile dog jumper – This is a discrete festive pattern without going all out on the cheesy Christmas jumper look. You can even have a matching jumper yourself for the ultimate twinning look this Christmas .

As cute as a Christmas Pudding, well that’s exactly what your dog can be with the Christmas Pudding jumper. How cute do these two look together.

Wilma could wear jumpers all day long, she gets so snuggly and warm she just doesn’t want to walk!

If you wanted to enter the cheesiest Christmas jumper competition then this one will definitely win. You can even get the whole family involved with matching Family Christmas all in ones. This is the first outfit that i’ve ever seen show up big on Woody, and I’m so pleased Next have larger sizes.

In all of the Next jumpers Wilma wears a Large [£12] and Woody Extra Large [£14] both have plenty of room which I prefer to a tight fit.

We hope you’ve enjoyed reading about our favourite Christmas jumpers this year, maybe you can even spoil your dogs and get them in the festive mood with a new jumper. Let us know which design is your favourite in the comments down below.
